Ingredients
Mince Pork
Chopped onions
Chopped spring onions
Grated garlic
Chopped water chestnut
Chopped carrot
1 egg
Seasoning
salt
sugar
corn flour
five spice powder
oyster sauce
Method
Mix everything and leave to marinate
scoop into round balls and pat with some corn flour
pan fry and flatten

Steam Otak Beancurd In Bowl
Ingredients
1 box of ready made tofu (about 250g)
1 piece of soft beancurd
1 egg
1 blade kaffir lime leaf (finely shredded)
100g fish slices (optional)
Seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tbsp corn flour
a little fish sauce
Method
mash everything and steam for 15 mins on high heat

Minced Meat with Fried Potatoes
Ingredients :
2 large potatoes - cubed, wash n dried with paper towels
2 medium onions - chopped
2 cloves garlic - finely chopped
250g minced meat
250g minced beef
1/4 cup dried black fungus - soaked, dried n chopped
1 1/2 tbsp black sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
water - 125ml (half cup)
parsley - for deco
dried mushroom (optional)
Method :
1. heat oil and fried the potatoes till golden brown. dish and drain.
2. add oil, fried onions till transparent. add meat and black fungus and all the seasonings.
cook till water dried up.
3. just before serve, heat up the meat and mix in the fried potatoes. garnish with parsley
serve with rice.
