Steam Otak Beancurd In Bowl

Ingredients
1 box of ready made tofu (about 250g)
1 piece of soft beancurd
1 egg
1 blade kaffir lime leaf (finely shredded)
100g fish slices (optional)

Seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tbsp corn flour
a little fish sauce

Method
mash everything and steam for 15 mins on high heat
