Steam Fish Paste with Tofu and Egg

IngredientsFish paste
Egg tofu or box silken tofu
eggs
chopped parsley
fish sauce
corn flour
sugar
salt
chopped carrots
garnishing - chopped fried shallots (optional)
sesame oil

Method
mash everything and steam on high heat for 20 mins
