Braised Tofu with Roast Pork





Ingredients
Roast Pork
Tau Kwa - Pan fried after sprinkled with a bit of salt - set aside
garlic
shallots
ginger

Seasoning
1 tsp oyster sauce
XO sauce
sugar
sesame oil
ground bean paste
1/2 cup water
corn flour mix with water - for thickening

Method
Fry shallots, ginger and garlic and add in roast pork and
bean paste plus xo sauce.
Add water and bring to boil til roast pork softens
Put back tofu and add all rest of the seasoning
until water has been reduced to half. add thickening
