Steam Belly Pork Slice with Bean Paste

Ingredients
Belly Pork - Siced thinly
Garlic - finely chopped


Seasoning
2 tsp hot bean paste
sugar
cornstarch
water
chinese wine

Method
Mix everything well and leave to marinate for a few hours
Steam on high heat for 10-15 mins
Serve hot with rice
